Richard Rocha is the Managing Partner for RBS Building Maintenance. Richard is customer-oriented leader who is responsible for all levels of services and performances. He routinely performs constant reviews and assess the overall needs of the client and property and makes informed recommendations to management. Richard manages the daily activities of each department to include appropriate cleaning and floor care. He grants quality inspections to maintain and or improve facilities. He also ensures the proper maintenance of all equipment--making arrangements for repair and/or replacement of used and damaged equipment to avoid service disruptions.
Richard is from a small town in South Texas. He grew up working alongside his family for their cleaning business and has decades of experience in the field. Richard moved to Austin in the early 2000’s and started working for a large cleaning company thereafter he started his own cleaning company. Richard credits his parents for all the knowledge in running a small family business. Richard is passionate about serving his customers and looks forward to the company’s continued success. Richard is also a shareholder in other business ventures – CEMS (Convention + Expo Management Services) and Taco Flats. On his off time Richard enjoys spending quality time with his 3 young daughters, wife and attending UT Longhorn football games. Go Horns!!!!
Sally Tapia Managing Partner for RBS Building Maintenance. Sally earned her Associates degree in Financial Management and Mortgage Banking in 2003. She has worked in the banking industry and commercial assistant property manager. She works side by side with Richard Rocha. She is responsible for:
running weekly team meetings.
Overseeing site inspections & follow-up plans.
Maintaining employee personal records for administrative compliance.
Planning, organizing, coordinating, executing and supervising functions of janitorial & staffing
operations on all shifts.
Meeting and communicating with client(s) regularly to ensure satisfaction, identify opportunities,
and provide status updates on daily operations and projects.
Acting as liaison between the client, operations leads, and corporate support teams.
In the mid 2000’s Richard and Sally collaborated their experiences and created RBS Building Maintenance. We have collectively created an organization that meets the demands of our daily
cleaning portfolio. When Sally is not is working mode she enjoys every moment with her 3 daughters.
